Introduction: Malignant paraganglioma/pheochromocytoma (MPP) are very rare neuroendocrine tumors with heterogeneous prognostic and no gold-standard treatment. MPP can be associated with germline mutations at SDH-x genes which encode for the succinate dehydrogenase that catalyzes the oxidation of succinate to fumarate.
